odern instructive technology (MIT) experiment schools were established by the National Ministry of Education in 1996, 50 as to provide ordinary premier and middle schools with the example on how to use MIT through the experiment in MITES. This research focuses on the attitude of the teachers in 199 MITES schools that are using omputerized media approach CMA) The precedent researches believe that teachers in developed areas have almost possessed the basic skills to operate CMA, take comparatively active part in CMA training and how often the teachers use CMA is not so obviously related to the factors such as their genders, educational levels and the subjects they teach etc, but is obviously related to their levels of modern instructive theories and the instructive soft wares situation. The conclusion is of great value to our research. Our investigations and researches shows that although teachers in CM lIES think optimistically of the future of CMA, and take an active attitude to it in their minds, yet, in teaching practice, the frequency of using CMA shows its declining trend, and the reluctance has been shown in using CMA. Our comprehensive analysis suggests that nowadays teachers in middle schools are generally weak in CMA theory, and their using of CMA is in the period of either ardware or software and that the efficiency of CMA training is low, and that these factors directly affect teachers attitude to CMA, and that the one-sided evaluation in education, the lack of software resources and the soft wares without open ability prevents teachers from using CMA indirectly. Based on the above problems, our research puts forwards the following guiding strategies: (I) school net should be built according to the principles of simplicity, feasibility on-limits and safety, and with the principles of economy and efficiency considered, we should adopt instructive software reasonably and solve the problems of instructive soft ware by the means of establishing instructive resources storehouse. (ll)We should pay special attention to nder ware and strengthen the direction of educational theory to our practical work. Firstly, The urgent work is to improve the training work for which the features of teachers learning is analyzed, so as to suggest that the training work be conducted with constructive theory as a direction, multi-aims of training constructed, roblem solving method and roup collaborative learning Secondly, It is also important to guide teachers take their effort to innovate their teaching with the help of CMA and the intelligent desk constructed based on MIT and CMA. and sum up the regularity of using CMA with the features of the subject considered.
