Being the beginning stage of teacher professional development, Modern education technology bears the task of cultivating the ability of students in the Modern education technology which plays a role for student in beingindependent, cooperation or leading the application of education technology and innovation in the future. Therefore,under the background of teacher professional review and construction of course content Modern education technology, Modern education technology has a important application value and practical significance to cultivate students' ability of Modern education technology and teachers' professional development,has the important enlightenment role for teachers' professional development of students in the futuere. This study from technology promote teacher professional development point of view, and through content analysis of "modern educational technology" teaching material content, knows the "modern educational technology" course content system structure and the deficiencies of original "modern educational technology" course content, Through the questionnaire survey to understand the new entry teachers should be aware of the part of the educational technology and the technology to promote teacher professional development perspective of modern educational technology curriculum content design attitude. Then,under the guidance of relevant course theories of the analysis of course objectives, basis of social, academic, student demand of modern educational technology, combining the technology of view of promoting teachers' professional development, to determine the modern educational technology course objectives, under the guidance of course objectives, according to the needs of course content analysis results and the guidance of the theory of course modules and each module detailed design,Finally,course content of Modern education technology is composed of five modules including basic theory, technology to promote teacher professional development, media technology and teaching application, teaching design, new media technology and subject curriculum integration.This study is divided into five parts:(1)introduction. This part mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research methods, research ideas and the deficiencies of teachers professional development.(2) the definition of the concept and related theoretical basis. Including: related concept definition, related theory basis and technical support for teachers' professional development, the technology in the era of new media to promote teachers' professional development opportunities, in the definition of mainly the concept of new media and the professional development of teachers were defined, pointed out the related concept of the main features, technical support in the teacher professional development part mainly pointed out that under the new media environment under the technical support of teacher professional development main ways and channels.(3) the analysis of modern educational technology curriculum in Colleges and universities content demand.This part mainly includes two aspects, first of all, carries on the analysis to the existing "modern educational technology" course content using content analysis method, it is concluded that the curriculum content system framework and inadequacies in the presence of curriculum content, and regard it as an important basis for the subsequent specific course content designThe second is the use of the questionnaire method, the new teachers demand on educational technology, the research from the perspective of attitude survey, based on the survey data analysis results as the follow-up course content design.(4) the goal and content of college course design of modern education technology. This part mainly consists of two parts, according to promote the Taylor principle and technical teachers' professional development from the perspective of the goal of the course design; curriculum content analysis of the third part of the results of curriculum modules are divided according to the, the specific content of each module design.
