Universities To Develop The Theory Of Scale And Efficiency

Aiming at the higher educational institutes' development scale and scale benefits problems, the paper analyzes the present situations and the characteristics of the human resources in our country, and then compares them with the present situations of the human resources in some other countries. Facing the development of knowledge economy it also the great role the higher education plays in the exploration of the human resources.Basing on the present situation of our country, the paper analyzes some factors affecting or interfering with the scale development of the higher education institutions and changing tendency on the increasing scale of the higher education institutions after the foundation of People's Republic of China. Using some new theories on the higher education development scale in the world for reference and stating them, the article states and analyzes the affecting- factors the higher educational system has on the higher education scale and the education consumption' s influence on the scale of educational institutions.On the basis of some investigation to some institutions and data collected and with substantial evidence, the article gives much analysis to the receipts and expenditures in higher education funds, finds out the scale beneficial phenomenon and obtains a relatively practical math model which -provides some theoretic base for the development scale and beneficial theory.
