The competition of modern economy is substantially the match of science and technology .It influences the economy and society in the style of its fruits, whose transform into practice is the combination point of technology and economy as well as an important segment to accelerate the improvement of the technology and to push on the increase of the economy. U&Cs ^specially those have the style of R&D ,are the chief institutions of the nation's scientific research and the necessary part in the nation's creative system. They cast an important role in the transform process of the FSTs. Nowadays, it has been a highly valued subject in the world that how to accelerate the transform of FSTs to achieve its commoditization and industrialization as son as possible.This paper defines the FSTs and the transform of them, and analyzes the macro and micro transform of demestic and foreign FSTs. It emphasizes on how the share system adopted in the transform affects the transform of FSTs. It puts forward that to make this mode one of the important modes to push on the transform of FSTs in U&Cs is the effective measures to adapt the development of high-tech, and to promote the FSTs change to the realistic productive force. In the mean while, the author studies on the share mode in the basis of the realistic development of the listed companies of C&Us. Finally ,some policy-adhered suggestions are raised according to our national situation.
