The training process is a dynamic process of training objectives and relatedmeasures,including graduate recruitment, training program development, teaching andscientific research,dissertation writing and evaluation,as well as the teacher-studentrelationship.The process of training related to the quality of graduate education.The liberal master’s students training process is deeply affected by thecharacteristics of the subject.The academic life of the different subject groups, tribalpatterns and characteristics of knowledge and research methods make up differentstudents training state. Liberal arts is provided with Characteristics of diverse anduncertain openess; with strong emotional subjectivity and personal values; Its researchlack of uniform standards. Relatively speaking,the liberal arts has more divergent waysof thinking and is good at introspection,imagination and intuition; more reflect the lonelytype "academic culture in academic life-like state. Master ofliberal arts training processthe sciences and technology colleges need to respect the characteristics of the liberal artssubjects.There are some gaps in the ideal state and the actual culture condition for liberal artsstudents in science and engineering colleges. There are generally impetuous andconfused state of mind for science and engineering colleges liberal arts students. Inparticular in learning, a classic liberal arts student should read amount of books,but a lotof students lack of status to read; liberal arts student lack of opportunity to participate ina topic or project; as the accumulation of knowledge,low student participation rate inteaching, there is a gap between the ideal mode of teaching and the actual situation;there are significant difference within the liberal arts subjects group,social sciencestudent project participation is significantly higher than the humanities; the mentor’roleis missing in the teacher-student relationship; lower attrition rate and lack of targeted training plan is not conducive to the formation of liberal arts students learningconsciousness.It is necessary to enhance the research atmosphere of liberal arts and intensifyefforts,to encourage liberal master’s students to participate in social practice.takepractical measures to stimulate liberal arts students to improve reading classics andrender a good reading atmosphere.The students themselves should raise enthusiasm forlearning,foster lofty ideals and objectives, and be able to sink their heart to do theresearch,have the courage to overcome difficulties;it is necessary to build a harmoniousrelationship in the liberal arts between teachers and students and a sound liberal artsstudents training process.
