Nowadays, people are paying more and more attention to the interpersonal relationship in school. This thesis tries to hunt after some countermeasures to deal with the interpersonal relationship among the teachers in primary/ middle schools by analyzing the influencing factors of the interpersonal relationships.The whole thesis composes of three parts.Part One is the raise of the question and the analysis of the research background. In this part, the author analyzes the research status quo of the interpersonal relationship.In Part Two, the author brings forward his opinion on the influencing factors of the interpersonal relationship among teachers in school. On the basis of a questionnaire, the author makes use of SPSS to do the clustering analysis, then puts forward three main factors which affect the interpersonal relationship among teachers, that is , Individual Factor ,Mutual Factor and Exterior Factor. In succession, the author further analyzes these three factors, again through the clustering analysis. Individual Factor is divided into cognition factor, personality factor, competence factor and appearance factor. Mutual Factor is divided into mutual space/distance factor, mutual intercourse frequency factor, mutual similarity factor, mutual complementary factor and mutual adoration factor. And Exterior Factor is considered to include social circumstance factor and school circumstance factor. After that, the author also makes some theoretic analysis and research of all these factors.In Part Three, with the analysis in the former parts, the author aims at all these influencing factors and discusses the countermeasures for the school managers.
