Our school education has paid no attention to Interpersonal Ability training in thepresent time. On the one hand, students'absence of Interpersonal Ability lead to lots oftragedy events in recent years, on the other hand some facts and investigations haveshown that Interpersonal relationship is one of the key factor which prevent a middleschool student from turning into a healthy and competent person. So it is urgent to paymore attention to the Interpersonal Ability training recently. Multiple—intelligencesTheory enlightened us greatly ,which was created by American educational expertHoward Gardner. The theory refers to a new Intelligence which is named asInterpersonal Intelligence. Interpersonal relationship do need intelligence in his idea,and He looked for the intelligence as Interpersonal Intelligence. The Intelligence is veryimportant for student's becoming a capable person in the future. Interpersonal Abilityhad been explained into a kind of intelligence from his point of view, therefore thetraditional idea of intelligence was broken completely, which focuses on Verbal—linguistic intelligence and Logical—mathematical intelligence. Thus something shouldbe done in the educational field now. Educators'educational idea should be changed.They should attach importance to Interpersonal Intelligence of the students. It's theirduty to carry out the psychological tutorship and behavior training for InterpersonalIntelligence of the students. Effective measures should be taken to promote student'sInterpersonal Intelligence.The article bases on status of middle school students'Interpersonal relationshipeducation in the present age, and combining with conclusion from foreign research ofInterpersonal Intelligence. Thorough and system study have been made for thedevelopment of the current middle school students'Interpersonal Intelligence in thearticle. Because the appropriate and effective measures for cultivating InterpersonalIntelligence are scarce, the author put the importance on measures. The articleconcludes three parts. In the first part, the author explains Interpersonal Intelligencetheory. The author proves Interpersonal Intelligence is a kind of intelligence from eachaspect, and then expresses the connotation of the Interpersonal Intelligence. The authoralso summarizes characteristic of the people who possesses Interpersonal Intelligence ,and discusses the meaning of developing the Interpersonal intelligence from threeaspects consisting of student self-development ,quality education and societydevelopment. In the second part, the author discusses the situation of modern middleschool students'Interpersonal intelligence. After discussing the situation, the authorpoint out that the absence of the intelligence embodies in three sides: the first, deflectionof the Interpersonal intelligence value favor, the second, deflection of Interpersonalintelligence activity object and misplay of Interpersonal intelligence behavior.
