The study of the influence factors of teachers' professional development in middle school is the basic theory research. And at present time,the empirical study about this topic in China is still weak.I investigated in 13 cities,and visited 1091 teachers of primary and secondary schools.I summarized that the influence teachers' prfessional development include both internal and external factors.I degree these factor into six levels according to the strength. On this basis,I contrast and analyzed these factors,and summarized the rule of changing.The second chapter basically involves the external factors of teachers' professional development.That include teacher education factors, student interaction factors, successful experience factors, principal factors, peer factor,and social environmental factors.The third chapter basically involves the internal factors of teachers' professional development.That include professional sentiment factors, professional ideal factors, professional attitude factors, childhood teachers factors, knowledge factors,and professional ability factors.The fourth chapter summarized static level of infuluence factor of teacher according to above analysis. And puts forward that teachers' professional development is a dynamic process. The time, place, key events may cause the change of static levels.Finally, through the analysis of above.Chapter 5 put forward concrete suggestions of teachers' professional development.In order to promot teachers' professional development,we should focus on security important static factors. Besides,we should pays attention to the changes of teacher' situation in dynamic eye. Adjusting training programs timely,and seize dominant factors.Only in this way,can we provide a efficiency and flexible platform for teachers.
