Teachers' job burnout have a serious impact on teachers' professional development and physical and mental health.In domestic,there are few studies on the burnout of specialized teachers in secondary vocational schools,especially in the mature period.This paper investigates the professional teachers of six secondary vocational schools in Taizhou City,and analyzes the Correlation between demographic variables and job burnout by spss24 statistical software.The result shows that,firstly,Secondary vocational school specialized courses' teachers are in serious emotional exhaustion.Secondary,the demographic such as gender,,the amount of working time,the annual income,and the specific course are significantly related to exhaust dimension;The title,and specific courses are related to depersonalization.The Age fact is related to the diminished personal accomplishment.On this basis,this paper makes many face to face interview on the teachers who suffer the serious burnout,and makes analysis of the relevant influencing factors.It is concluded that the stress factors,individual factors and environmental factors and the specific courses are the main influencing factors of teachers' job burnout,on this basis we put forward the corresponding countermeasures,as the following three aspects:firstly,to introduction of EAP services and establish the burnout intervention mechanism;secondly,individual self-intervention;thirdly,external environment intervention.
