Accompanying the development of society, science and technology, the cultural value of Mathematics plays more and more important role in our human society. Its content is extensive. This article understands the cultural value of Mathematics in the effect of Mathematics on peoples' idea, spirit and mode of thinking and identifies its influence on the Mathematics Education in the middle school.The influence of Mathematics cultural value upon middle school mathematics education embodies two important aspects: One is its influence upon the idea of mathematics education, the other is upon the development of teenagers. The influence of Mathematics cultural value upon middle school Mathematics education changes the ideas of middle school Mathematics education idea which were aroused by internal and external conflicts. Although this ideas are changing , middle school mathematics education always insists excellence directions of mathematics cultural value. This article mainly introduced the influence of Mathematics cultural value upon teenagers development from the following aspects: the relationship between Mathematics cultural value and rational sense cultivated and developed in teenagers, the relationship between Mathematics cultural value and development of thinking of teenager, the relationship between Mathematics cultural value and the beauty of Mathematics.With analysis the influence of Mathematics cultural value upon Mathematics education and integration with middle school Mathematics education, the article give several suggestions on how to raise the level of teaching materials and teachers' quantities. Firstly, teaching materials: 1. Carefully choosing the subjects with compound functions and noticing mutual complement of each subject. 2. It is appropriate to Increase the quantities of the subjects with explore practicing and make students experience observation, experiment, analysis, generalization, abstract, reason logically, proof etc. steps. 3. Embodying the relationship between the Mathematics and society to make students understand correctly and feel the value of Mathematics. 4. Fully utilizing the medium resources to enrich the contents of teaching materials, which is the second point in this article. In this part, the author provided a case of computer online education which fully embodiesMathematics cultural value, that is mysterious V2 . Secondly, teachers: 1. Enhancing the understanding towards Mathematics. 2.Right cognition the purpose of the Mathematics education.3.Right cognition the function of the mathematics educationALaying emphasis on the demand of Mathematics education fulfillment the future development.In the research process, synthetically making use of scientific method, such as the method of cultural heritage analysis, inquisition method, the method of case analysis etc, the author acquired the large quantity's arguments to strongly support the point.In a word, the author think mathematics culture value plays a decisive role in middle school Mathematics education. Middle school Mathematical education should reflect on the demand of Mathematics cultural value, which is one of criterion of mathematics education, especially in nowadays with the Mathematics widely used and developing.
