With the development of the quality education, Continuing Professional Education (CPE) to the teachers in the middle school is becoming an inexorable trend, in which the training of the Modern Educational Technology is an important part. There is a general opinion in academia at present that Modern Educational Technology is composed of two parts. One is Instructional Design under Modern Educational Theory. The other is Modern Educational Facility. The training of Modern Educational Technology has been carrying out. But there is not final conclusion. This paper tries to provide reference to the real training.The paper consists of four parts. They are prologue, theoretic introduction, the training conceiving and concluding remarks. The first part is prologue. This part introduces the significance of the research. The second part is theory summarizing. In this part, it states the definition of the Modern Educational Technology and the guidance of the curricula theory. The third part discusses how to carry out the training. It is the main part of the paper. The last part is concluding remarks. In this part, it mainly illustrates the shortcoming of this paper and the continuing works.
