In the 21st century,human beings are stepping out of the industrial civilization with an astonishing speed and into an information technology era in which communication and technology are changing greatly. With the high-speed development of information technology,multimedia and networks begin to permeate into every field of social activity and have strongly influenced education. The information education brings chances to the revolution and development of education as well as severe challenges. The speed of knowledge renewal is quickening and the boundaries of subjects are weakening every day. Facing such situation,education must adjust its orientation actively and open its own system. Only in doing so,education can adapt itself to the changing real world. In order to meet challenges,the school education must try to realize the integration of technology and subjects,and improve the student' information literacy.The information literacy is an integral part of people's whole attainment in the information society,and its education affects this basic point:How do people base themselves upon the information society? In the education of information literacy,a teacher acts as an important impetus and vanguard. What's more,a teacher's information literacy is regarded as an important element constituting a school's comprehensive strength. As s future educator -a mature professional teacher,a normal school student should not only possess good literacy of professional ethics,intelligence and psychology. He should also have a better information literacy and awareness to decide when information will be needed and perceive information quickly and acutely. He should be able to retrieve,evaluate and use needed information effectively and consciously observe regular information ethics rules. The student will and can put the content of IT-Based education into the future educational practice. In case of the present education information that schools owned,teachers help the students obtain and integrate information through IT-Based instructional design,and this is an effective way to improve their information literacy who study in teachers' training school.The first part of this thesis discusses this:The development of information literacy is a new requirement to the normal school education raised by the information society. By analyzing the characteristics of the information society and its influence to education,the paper advances a new educational idea about the development of information literacy in the information society,and it thoroughly probes into the connotation,inner structure and content of information literacy. Through the analysis of these two sides:improving the normal school student's information attainment guarantees the development of professional teachers and the new requirement we mentioned above,the paper discusses that the information society demands teachers to have a better information literacy and fixes the starting point of this thesis.The second part is a systematic discussion on the IT-Based instructional design theory to develop the normal school students' information literacy. And here is the main content:Starting with the analyzing and understanding of the instructional design theory,and through the contrast between the instructional design focusing on "teaching" and the design focusing on "teaching",the paper puts forward the IT-Based instructional design adapting the information society;the paper also discusses that the information instructional design is a new way of information literacy education by taking up its connotation,basic guiding ideology and characteristics.The third part is about the practical exploration based on theory research. In this part,it mainly discusses how to design normalization instructional plan in teaching practice combining the characteristics of the normal school students and try to construct the IT-Based instructional mode.
