Having entering the 21th century, the global economy integration will only further quicken its space. China's entrance into the World Trade Organization means that our country's economy will come into contact with the world comprehensively. It will promote market economy's development of our country greatly, thus it will also bring some changes in thinking and value systems. The value systems and moral ideas of the west will also seize the opportunity to land in our country, and put forward some new questions for our country's moral education. Our main stream culture is undergoing all kinds of huge influence of a second culture. We should make some prospective investigation. It will be beneficial to making our country's middle school moral education meet the era's development. Overseas culture, capital, education experiences and so on will affect our country's middle school moral education by all kinds of channels and ways. It will provide the moral education's conditions that can be geared to the era's development. At the same time, it will also increase the difficulty of moral education's development. Therefore, our country's middle school moral education should blend into the worlds by having an open heart and advancing towards the world. This will thereby render some chronic illness of our country's moral education to be cured. This will then gain a completely new moral education situation.The present paper will seize the opportunity of the China's entrance into the World Trade Organization to aim at analyzing and forecasting prospects of our middle school moral education development. It will then try to find out the best countermeasures so that we would reduce negative effects successfully. It will have important realistic significance. The organization of the paper consists of three parts.Part I Entering the WTO brings the opportunities to our country's middle school moral education. Entering the WTO is beneficial to our importing of foreign moral education theories and practical experience, as well providing material base and techniques to moral education's modernization;Part II Entering the WTO brings the challenge to our country's middle school moral education. After entering the WTO, with goods flowing into our country, as well as overseas products and value systems, the changes of internal moral education's circumstances and objectives will speed up. At the same time it also increases the difficulties of moral education;Part III In this part, we will deal with the tactics of our country's middle school moral education since China entered the WTO. In accordance with the opportunities and the challenges, the present paper will raise how to establish modern theory of moral education, add moral education's content that should suit the requirement of the era's development, seize the use of the internet front of moral education and strengthen the procession's building of moral education.
