The trades and enterprises'participating vocational education is an important driving force and an only way for our country's development of vocational education. It plays an important role in the development of our country's vocational education. The achievement of trades and enterprises'participating vocational education is significant for the development countries, for example Germany, America, Australia and so on. One country's characteristic is different form others. But they have one thing in common: They give the trades and enterprises an important position and role through the laws, the policy, and the agencies and so on.
