With the fastly development of the society economy, vocational education has the more and more important role. The quintessence of the vocational education is in line with the socio-economic development and incorporates comarket demand. However, our cuntry vocational education has several problems that is not accord with society demand. To solve the problem, the new mechanism should be set up. Trade organization as the product of the socio-enconomic development, will be more and more important.The paper meticulously analysis the background and mode German and Australia taking part in vocational education. Moreover it also analysis its effect. On the basis of practical experiences from abroad, the paper discusses the fault of the trade organization taking part in vocational education in conjunction with China's vocational education. In the last the policy advice is present which improves the method and the condition of applying the policy advice.The mechanism is on the basis of the experiences from abroad, rests on the peculiarity of the trade organization and the basic law of the vocational education. According to the mechanism, it is believed that trade organization should play administrator in the vocational education and endue it more decision-making power. Moreover the govement should be a regulator. Through the trade organazation the corporation participates vocational education and the school education more close to society demand. All of these are more favorable to solving the contradiction between the vocational education and society demand.
