Today, when the social productivity, science and technology develop rapidly, the importance of education is outstanding day by day,and the relation between education and economy become more closer than ever before.We have known that educational development needs fund input, which mostly rely on the economic development to guarantee,at same time the educational development offers stamina for economic development. So, the purpose of writting the text focus on relation between them, on which mainly written on the basis of the key scientific research task of Eighth five years plan after I participated in the national philosophy and social science ,and the main content of the key task is to study the theory and practice of comprehensive reform of Chinese city educates.The whole text starts off at the point of relation of education and economy, then continue to discuss the questions on the relation between the input in education and economic development , rational scale and proportionate relation that education funds should invest.At last, the whole text put forward a question on how to realize coordinate development of the education and economy,and the text divides into six parts altogether.The first part of the text is to discuss the era background and the theoretical foundationin China.Today China is under the circumstances of the era of knowledge-driven economy, development of resources of population and sustainalbe development strategy, whice prose a new requirement to education.Especially, China now is a developing country that needs sound development of society and economy. So only under such a background can we analyze and study the educational issue properly, and we should also employ the investment theory of education and economic growth mode as a tool to guide ourself.The second part is to discuss the relation of input in education and economic development .After we fully utilized the existing theory and result of practice study, and analyzed the integrations between theeducational investment and economic development, we come to a conclusion that the relation of education and economu is mutual restrict and promotion. We can regard economic liftoff of the Four little Dragons of Asia as the instance, and receive some enlightenment from them.The third part is to establish the rational quantization ralation between input in education and economic development of our country. First, we start with analyzing the input of education funds and type paid, then we further analyze the index quantity of educational reflecion and the influence factor, third we continue to analyze and compare our country input in education situation with foreign countries and discuss the method on how to cinfirm the educational aggregate investment and proportion.Finally, according to the characteristic of the economic disparate development of all parts of our country, we will regard cities as representatives, and divide our country into seven kinds of areas, and prose a rational proportion of input in education.The forth part is to discuss the channel and forms of all types of input in educationos in our country. Among the total educational input, the financial allocations may account for about 60%, the impose educational surtax may account for 15%,the tuition and incidental expenses may account for about 15%, and other expenses may account for about 10%.The fifth part is to discuss the measures on how to realize the benign cycle of educational input and economic development. One is to strengthen the legislation of input in education, the other is to strengthen the manpower resoureces management conscientiously.The last part is the conclusion part of the text. It is to discuss several important questions which deserve our consideration in studying the relation between the input in education and the economic development.
