Education in China has since a long time ago regarded the teaching-studying process simply as a process of understanding , overlooking the emotional activities along with it, and ,effect of teaching activities is greatly weakened as a result.Directed against this ,we put forward a project of Reach and Control on the Goal of Etmotional Field in studying of chemical course of secondary school students, which is based on Roger's theory of Non-guided Teaching and Bloom's theory about goal of emotional education, taking into account our investigation and analysis on emotional problems in chemical course studying of students from several secondary schools of Changsha of different levels.This article consists of 4 parts:Part 1 introduces briefly new thoughts and new methods of Chinese and foreign experts on solving emotional problems in studying and analysing those problems existing in present secondary education in China.Part 2 discusses idea, classification, function and effect of emotion.Part 3 discusses connotation of emotion in chemical course studying of secondary school students, establishes goals and emphases of emotion cultivating and illustrates its value.Part 4 investigate and analyse the differences in feelings of the students between general schools and key schools.Part 5 is the highlight of the whole article, discussing in details the Reach and Control on the Goal of Emotional Field in chemical course studying. It plans an emotion cultivating pattern, establishes essential means and a series of specific measures to reach the goals of emotion cultivating and put the plans into practice by means of teaching-studying experiment and questionnaire.Studies and experiments of this project show that implementing emotion cultivating and control in teaching chemical course and developing non-intelligent factors helps improve students' schoolwork achievements and total quality with apparent effect.
