There are many disadvantages and problems in teaching method of our country Generally it involves students' deviating from the practice, ignorance of capacity development students are put in a passive position which are cram-oriented and one-sided, The methods set no emphasis on development of learning capacity Curriculum reform's requirement of teachers is higher and higher. It not only requires teacher of having skilled teaching techniques, but also enables student understand how to learn. The teaching Patten of learning led by meets the require of education at present and students' self development.The teaching model of teaching plan's guiding students' self-teaching is a new type of teaching model created in the course of teaching reform. The teaching plan in the article is carefully written by teachers with pool wisdom according to the widely research of the present conditions of students'studing as well as the elements and possibilities of students' composing knowledge. It is a teaching supplementary material and program which are used to guide the students' self-teaching. On the base of structured thinking theory, human-centered thinking theory and the natures of middle school students, it expounds the practical significance of carrying out this teaching model.The thesis centering on the compilation and the mplementation of the teaching plan elaborates the elements and the pattern of the teaching plan in details as well as the guiding principle in teaching method and what it guides the students. It elaborates the principle of the teaching plan's compiling according to the interest, estimation, system, permutation and exploration. Li the links of the teaching plan's implementation, it discusses the concrete operation of every link in the plan in six aspects. In the plan's guiding aspect, the thesis elaborates the skills, time and objects of the teachers' guiding in thelight of the artistic quality, period of effectiveness and the flexibility of the plan's guiding.The experiment consists of six parts :1. The design of experiment 2. The result of experiment 3. The analysis of the experiment result 4. The conclusion of experiment 5. The digestion of the experiment 6. The main problems existing in the experiment and its solving method.This experiment uses equal groups design of before and after, and use the relative part in "FAT" diagram to test the learning enthusiasm of students. It uses the division of structure about "self-study ability" of Mr Lu Zhong Heng, induding the personal teaching experience and his understanding of "self study ability". The experiment tests students self-study ability and make specific instruction to the experiment methods.The experimentation has testified that the teaching model of teaching plan's guiding students' self-teaching can stimulate students' enthusiasm in study and enhance the students' learning achievements and the abilities of self-teaching. So this model is practicable in the middle school maths teaching. The thesis analyses the experimental results in psychology theory and poses tactics for the problems occurring in experiment and the valuable knowledge learning from the experience.
