To meet the demands of development of the times, basic education curriculum of China realized deep reform from traditional to modern; especially in the new perspective of educational creation, reform of basic education curriculum gained important research findings over the past ten years, confirmed the research theme of "human-oriented", and established new value orientation for curriculums, which features emphasis on development, real lives and practices, subjective initiative and creativity of people, to comply with spiritual requirements of modern society. As the main position of curriculum implementation, teaching reform is also carried out actively, bringing in numerous teaching modes. On the basis of past studies, this paper further explores the teaching mode of "guiding students with learning plan".The whole article contains five sections. The first section is a literature summary, which sums up domestic and foreign development trends of curriculum and teaching reforms, and development states of teaching modes; it also clarifies implementation background and significance of the teaching mode of "guiding students with learning plan".The2n and3r sections form the main body of the paper. Based on experiences of predecessors and the author’s teaching practices, the two sections rebuild the teaching mode of "guiding students with learning plan" from five aspects:theoretical foundation, functions of learning plan, compilation of learning plan, implementation procedure and means of evaluation, taking Constructivism and Student-based theories as basic theories of the teaching mode. The sections suggest that a complete learning plan generally has five parts:learning objective, self-directed learning, self-learning feedback, feedback practice and learning introspection, and they also give three kinds of learning plans according to actual teaching materials and students. According to these two sections, implementation procedure of the learning plan includes eight sectors:compilation of learning plan, situation introduction, self-directed learning, self-learning feedback, team-based cooperative learning, class communication, feedback training and communication, and learning introspection.The4th sections are about utilization of the teaching mode of "guiding students with learning plan", raising that the teaching mode should be implemented by following principles of competency-based teaching, student-based teaching and advancing gradually in due order. Besides, the two sections also provide guidance strategy, explanation strategy, question strategy and resource strategy for implementation, and take "Monsoon Circulation" section as an example to illustrate compilation of learning plan and teaching.Finally, the paper summarizes and forecasts the teaching mode of "guiding students with learning plan"...
