In August of 1993 , {{ National Civil Service Temporary Regulations )) was published , which signed the beginning of civil service institution in China . It also marked that the model of training in China has beentransformed from official to the civil service - the change frompaying attention to the political theory' s to the knowledge that the civil service .By ten years' practies , the civil service training of our country has achieved great progress , however , it also exists some issues.As the major basis of training civil service , Administrative college has had major position that can't be substituted . With our country's entry WTO and the opening of the education training market , some famous training organizations of developed country and many domestic famous university began to enter the civil service training market , at the same time, the civil service training of administrative college will face the fierce market competition.This paper stands Dalian Administrative College , applies the theory of market operation , analyzes the major issues existed in the civil service training market of China , in addition , it puts forward the solutions.The article begins to analyze the condition of administrative college abroad and its civil service training , consults its reasonable running system and training method , contrasts the issues that appeared in our civil service training in ten years , analyzes the present situation of civil service training in Dalian Administrative College , the advantages and disadvantages of itself , and then put forward the developing strategy of civil service market in Dalian Administrative College .
