In the educational reformation of the world , " Talent Education", "Individual Education" or "Gifted education" is more and more thought of as widespread in the international community . Because of the competition of the current international community more and more vigorous, it is formally an economy competition and politics competition, but is the competition of technique science and human in brief. Therefore, educating high-class talented person in any nation is used as the roughly point of competition. Here, we prepare to set up the even laboratory school of "Gifted education" in Shanghai City, and then proceed to think over primary and junior high schools in our nation. The paper is divided into four parts, as follows:The first part tells a series of concept relevant of "Gifted education". Through the analysis of the concept, such as special child and special education, "Gifted child " and "Gifted education", we definite theories point of "Gifted education" education", and make sure the observance and request of fulfillment.The second part tells the child experiment from Jianping Middle School in Shanghai City, and thinks over the problem relevant of "Gifted education". According to my experience in mathematics teaching practice to try, I definitely think present conditions :Often only using the course examination selects "Gifted child"? And with the brain examination often uses for the analysis of "Gifted child". Here, it involves primarily the research problem and method, the analysis of research result and its enlighten. In a way, it is a full text point and the difficult point place. Only the clear and definite aliases as to its work deeply, we can base other parts on it. The third part tells the comparison of present condition in the "Gifted education" both domestic and international. It involves the present conditions of"Gifted education" in our country, including the process and the contents in the study; Pacific Asia region: ''the Plan Gifted education" in Singapore, including the selection and analysis of "Gifted Child", carrying out and evaluating the plan; the Developed Nation region: "Gifted education" in the United States, including the results of "the research concerning child prodigies" in the United States genius research center, the research concerning the goal of "Gifted education" and the United States genius education Movement. Comparing to the preview parts, it primarily holds the problem of "Gifted education" from the history view, in order to make the development to establish the fulfillment point.The forth part tells primarily the suggestion aiming at the proceeding part to think. Firstly, It gives the certain target of "Gifted education" in our country, in order to solve the theories and practice problem. Primarily, what does "Gifted education" mean? How do we often discover, chooses the Gifted child? What is the main mission of "Gifted education" in high school and how to handle with the problems relation to Higher Examination? Secondly, based on the diverse intelligence theories to proceed the school teaching and course reform, including setting up the teaching model of " teaching- investigating", and constructing the curriculum Model.To sum it up, according to related cases and the successful experience in domestic and international, this paper insists on the principle of combining theories totheory, and act according to the logical method "asking the problem-analysis theproblem -solving the problem", in order to bring up the own viewpoint and suggestion for the primary and junior high school in "Gifted education".
