To "people-oriented" Teacher-student Communication

Communication is not only the basic process of social communication; but also the foundation of all kinds of societies.The teacher-students communication is essential for the school education: firstly, the teacher-students communication is the basic form of education; secondly,the good teacher-students comunication .which has incomparable power, contributes to the active effect of education; lastly, the teacher-students communication is not only the essential source where the students gain interpersonal eiperiences and communication character for lifetime, but also the objective foundation of the values of the students.The relative contents of the teacher-students communications, which are divided into five aspects, are discussed and studied in this thesis.Section 1: After examing the relative meaning of " communication ", the thesis define the teacher--students communication as this:"The interaction between teacher and student which is mediumed by symbol and in order to attain understanding for each other".Section 2: the thesis points out the defects of the communication practice in classroom and theoretical research on the teacher-students communication as follows: Not confronting the relationship itself between the teacher and students; Not confronting the human being in the communication; Rarely providing useful skills for connunication.Section 3: analyzes the teacher-students communication by symbolic interaction theory.Section 4: mainly introduces some relative theories about communication: Lyotard's Paralogy, Derrida's Deconstruetalism, Foucault's Post-Structuralism, Habermas' Theory of Communicative Action,Gadamer's Hermeneutics, Ginott's Theory of Concordamt Communication and so on.Having analyzed problems and drew on relative theories, the thesis put forward the proposal that "the teacher-students communication towards human being-based communication", what its maim idea are:To admit that teacher and student are all human being is the premise;understanding for each other is the key;genuiness, reward and empathic understanding are the essential principles.
