To carry out the quality education all-sided is a whole reform in Chinese basic education progress and an inevitable choice to face the 21th century. The author analyzes the practical situation of Chinese education and proposes that the coordinated development between intellectual factor and non-intellectual factor is the necessity of the development of society. It expounds the relationship between intellectual factor and nonintellectual factor in the macro-scope, including the propose of intellectual factor and non-intellectual factor, how the intellectual factor affects the non-intellectual factor, and how to coordinatedly develop etc. Combining with the practical situation, it diagnosises the students'intellectual and non-intellectual factor in our school and raises countermeasure. Based on this it raises how to exploit and foster the intellectual factor of the students, i.e. the cultivation of the quality of thinking. At the same time,we must foster the students' non-intellectual factor. The author aims at how to culture the study interests of the students and makes the students plunge into the teaching actively. It gives the chance to combine the intellectual factor and non-intellectual factor organically and developharmoniously. At last, the author proposes a bit of superficial advise to the mathematics teaching of the middle school.
