The shortcoming of anticipatory socialization of teachers leads to the inevitability of continuous socialization of teachers. And with the progress of society, especially the arrival of knowledge economy era ,continuous socialization of teachers is more and more important ,especially for young teachers .On one hand ,they want to make up the inadequacy of anticipatory socialization. On the other hand they must learn new knowledge in order to meet the challenge of the development of education .The continuous socialization of young teachers has many kinds, such as the socialization of diploma, the socialization of new teachers ,and continuing education .Through investigation ,we find there are many troubles in the socialization of teachers ,especially in Hezhou city .Young teachers' pressures are clear .It comes from young teachers themselves ,the society ,schools and students ,including membership pressure ,being laid-off ,proportion of students entering higher schools and life .Facing the pressure ,young teachers show calmness .They can deal with it positively .At present ,continuous socialization of young teachers has some models :1.School-based model ;2. In-service training ; 3. Exchanges among schools; 4.Self -improving. And each model has its shortcoming .As for these present conditions ,some measures are put forward :firstly increasing the economic treatment of young teachers, and establishing the new wages system; secondly setting up a mobile system for teachers ;thirdly setting up a school -based training system ;lastly reforming the training organization and drafting a new training system for teachers. Through them, young teachers will easily grow up and become mature.
