In BenXi city, systematic pre-career training for new senior high school teachers has lasted for nearly 10 years, and initially formed a set of training ways and methods with special features, which can be divided into mainly three aspects, mainly the centralized cultivation by the teacher cultivation school, respective trainings from each school, proper tests by the teacher cultivation school, To some degree, all these cultivation lay the foundation for new senior high school teachers changing roles from students to teachers and quickly adapting themselves to new career and working ways, also contributing to the improvement of education in BenXi city. Pre-career cultivation, as an effective way to develop teachers'majors, is of a great help for new teachers'effective work after becoming teachers, In China, the cultivation for new teachers started a bit late, but the studies on this subject never stopped, this thesis first carries out many surveys about the trainings for new teachers before working in BenXi city, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of them and discovers some problems that exist in the cultivation. For instance, simple training ways, generally speaking, the effects are not very clear, disturbs the daily work of new teachers, evaluation, tracking and tests are not scientific in some way. Sometimes, the cultivation is not in time, accurate and continuous; what's more, this thesis also comes up with some advice and strategies to solve the problems above and try to provide some references for improving pre-career cultivation for new teachers in BenXi city.
