The curricula evaluation innovation is an emphasis of the new course reform.The traditional evaluation idea was drop behind and too old, too much emphasize the function of distinguishing and selecting. It was neglecting the development of students, has an effect on the student of completely develop disadvantageously. The teachers urgently need to establish an new educational evaluation system which can promote the student to completely develop. They need some methods, modes and schemes that can be put in practice.On the basis of the new course reform idea, this paper preliminary researches the designs of the developping evaluation. It discusses the function, purpose, principle and general methods of the developping evaluation in chemistry instruction. According to development purpose,the text introduces the element of developping evaluation, including the designs, the projects and the contents etc.This paper brings up some individual suggestions and conceives of the developping evaluation in junior high school chemistry teaching.Last the author provides some evaluation manual demonstrations and basic data of teaching.
