University Teachers, Incentives For Research

How to arouse teachers of colleges and universities enthusiasm and creative ability according to their characteristics is the main topic in this study. The first chapters briefly narratives the background, implications of this study, and introduces the main thoughts and contents of this study. Subsequently, it retrospects the evolution of western in this field in modern times, analyzing particularly its strength and weakness. Then it introduces the Chinese traditional theory about human nature with that of western in different historical periods, emphasizing the Marxism theory of human nature .
