College ideological and political theory courses shoulder the heavy responsibility of strengthen moral education and cultivate people,is the main front to consolidate the leadership of Marxism in the ideological field,and is an important course to help young college students establish a scientific world outlook on life.Teachers are the leader of the curriculum.The professional happiness of college ideological and political theory teachers has a direct impact on the quality of ideological and political theory courses and the effect of moral education.It has important practical significance to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.At present,the overall situation of professional happiness of college ideological and political theory teachers is good,but some college ideological and political theory teachers have different levels of professional happiness,which deserves the attention of all sectors of society.This article adheres to the guidance of Marxist theory,uses the principles and methods of modern ideological and political education,and on the basis of extensively collecting relevant data of the subject,extensively reads the literature on the professional happiness of teachers in the ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities,and draws on domestic and foreign experts.The results,in the form of interviews and questionnaires,investigate the current situation of teachers' professional well-being in some ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and focus on the theme of “Ideological and Political Theory Teachers' Professional Well-being”,which includes the following four parts.:The first part is about the background,purpose and significance of the research on the professional well-being of teachers in the ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities,and comprehensively combing the current research status and main viewpoints on the professional happiness of college ideological and political theory teachers at home and abroad.Explain the key difficulties and innovations of this topic.The second part: explain the importance of improving the professional happinessof teachers in the ideological and political theory course.Defining the core concepts of "professional well-being","teacher's professional well-being" and "teachers of college ideological and political theory courses",clarifying the constituent elements and basic characteristics of teachers' professional happiness in college ideological and political theory courses,and further discussing on this basis The theoretical basis and practical significance of improving the professional happiness of teachers in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The third part: on the basis of interviews and questionnaires,analyzes the current situation of teachers' professional happiness in college ideological and political theory courses,and further explores the reasons for the lack of professional happiness.First of all,analyze the achievements of teachers' professional happiness construction in the ideological and political theory course.Secondly,combining the data obtained from questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the problems of teachers' professional happiness in some ideological and political theory courses.Finally,the reasons for the lack of professional happiness of some college ideological and political theory teachers are analyzed.The fourth part: for the problems found in the third part of the college ideological and political theory course teachers lack of professional well-being and the reasons for the problems,propose solutions and countermeasures.The three-dimensional integration of society,schools and teachers,teachers adjust their mentality and actively pursue happiness;schools improve management mechanisms and create a good environment;society establishes reasonable expectations and provides strong support.
