The system of educational ethics, to sum it up, comprise particular ethical value and homologous educational norm, make ethical norm into education practice. Leading all teachers to realizing the kindness of education, as a ideal target of the social education, it tells teachers what they should to be and they ought to be. As a subject of pursuing and realizing educational kindness, it is important that the system of education ethics should be identified by the majority of the teachers. How to realize the target is difficult and complicated. But for one part, it is reasonable or not would be basic. It concludes substantial rationality and formal rationality. As for essential rationality of system , it points out that what the theory is should pay attention to raise teachers morality . So, right moral claim to teachers, supreme solicitude to educates comprehensive advancement to society are all ultimate. As for formal rationality, theory system producing should against the background of social transformation and educational reform in China the target which tells the teachers ought to be should be reasonable system itself is rounded, harmonious and advanced If we can pay attention to and solve these problems effectively, the value of educational ethics as a subject will be greatly raised.
