| Education is both emotional and rational work. Of education, the relationship between educational emotion and educational rationality is a basic theoretical question. Throughout the educational reality, the shift of conflict between emotion and rationality, both in the role of the educational process significant and serious imbalances, leading to more utilitarian educational activities, educational effectiveness and limitations, therefore hampered. This paper, based on educational theory and educational practice, concerns and thoughts, to reveal the reality hidden behind the deep essence of education, search education, education, emotional and rational in the education process to achieve a harmonious balance between the channels, mainly the use of literature and theoretical analysis in education and educational rational emotional content, the main and core of theoretical thinking, and then two in the education process of a unified way and significance.Paper is divided into three chapters.
