As the characterization of Chinese traditional female education,“Shu” is rooted in thesoil of Chinese culture and Confucianism. Respecting the most value of harmony of Yin andYang and hiding behind system of Patriarchy in two thousand years, Chinese traditionalfemale education has anonymous but tenacious subculture influences for the fate ofgenerations of Chinese women. This paper takes the view of feminism, basic the theory of“the sex-social gender system”, lessons from the theory sources of “Historical anthropologyontology”,“The theory of harmony”and “Harmonious rationality”, view the the promoting andcriticism through the ages in the traditional women concept dialectically, sorting the essenceand dross of “Lady Education”. Then it combines with the status of Chinese policies,economic and cultural development, puts forward to reconstruct “Lady Education” ofimportant value in dealing with the problem of the crisis of contemporary women and themodernity anxiety of the female education.The main topic of this paper and the logical starting point is the rationality problem ofthe “Lady Education” with “Shu”as the characterization, correspondingly separate into fourproblems and in four chapters to analyze and demonstrate.The introduction focuses on the research background?theme?illustrates the core concepts,summarizes the existing research results and deficiencies determines the research Angle ofview?position?train of thought and method, summarizes the main contents and basic point.Chapter one shows the characterization of the modern women in marriage?career?familyeducation and cultural fields stuck imbalances between multiple roles and the obstacle ofself-identity and uneasy, analyzes the root cause of the situation overall crisis of contemporarywomen. It shows the necessity of “Lady Education”.Chapter two systematically combs the contents of the standards of the Chinese traditional“Lady Education”which makes “Shu” as the core value orientation. Response to the importantvalue of “Lady Education”.Chapter three, based on the core issues of “Discussion of Women's Issues”of the earlyrepublic, analyzes the process of conflict and fusion between the traditional“LadyEducation”and western women idea. Answer disorders the possible of inheriting “LadyEducation”, and provides a historical reference for demonstration the rationality of “LadyEducation”.Chapter four, starting from the“Harmonious rationality”, clarify the problem ofconformance of “Lady Education”in the contemporary social political culture system? emphasize the rationality and feasibility of reconstructing“Lady Education”.The innovation of this study includes two aspects:The first is the innovation of research topic. It made “Lady Education” as a reference ofan education type which is an anonymous but real and has distinct value orientation in thetraditional Chinese female education, furthermore, have concluded and combed its concept,contents, standards and value.In addition?have put forward reconstruct it as a reasonable pathof the reform and development of present female education.The second is the innovation of research perspective.
