Instruction quality is the lifeline of university. The merged universities should pay more attention to it, because instruction quality is the main factor to evaluate the effect of mergence.After the mergence, the instruction quality management system of the universities changed a lot. For example, the environments became larger; the components meant more; and the unity of different value changed too. From the point of view of system theory, this dissertation holds to set up a complex and dynamic instruction quality management system to control the instruction quality of the merged universities.Innovation of management can activate its function. After the mergence, there are a lot of problems in the merged universities such as the different thought of the members, the allotment of the profits, the recombination of the management structure. This dissertation starts the innovation of management from the solving of these problems. And give the idea of the innovation instruction quality management of the merged universities from the aspects of management thoughts innovation and management principles innovationThe characteristics of university management behave the superiority of the university, and it's the good sign of the university. When the merged universities are running after the characteristics, they should pay attention to the "three integrations", which is the integration of specialty and unification; the integration of inheritance and creativity; the integration of the stability and development. The innovation instruction quality management of Central South University should form the management characteristics, which is open in management thoughts; serious in management style; scientific and modern in management methods.
