Evoulage the studens to be au-round development.at the sane time. Pay more attention to individual and contimlous development.cultivate the ss to study initiatively and coopera tivrly and probe into study.use the mathoda of compre hensive infiltration. And active attendance to reform the dass teaching. Tobuild an offective teaching model is adifficult taskfor each teacher .This concept means the educator set up a collection of all kinds of teaching activities depending to practive.According to integration of theory with practive, and the general theory of moder teaching , the writer creates "FourSteps-Teaching Method" depenging upon psychology, physiology, cogrition.and systematic theory:The first step:put forward a question and look for the answer independently;The secong step:help tosolve the question, and look for the answer cooperatively.The third step:bring out facts and reason things out, and look for the answer intensively.The fourth step:encourage and evaluate deeply.The whole essay includes five parts .In the preface the writer simplystates the strcture of the essay.The first part is a general statement of the teaching concept.The writer first discusses the nature of the teaching concept and then the characteristics and meanings .In the second part the writer explains the theoretical foundation of the teaching concept and describe how to set up the teaching concept and describe .In the third part the writer explains how to the put the concept into praction , and in detail discusses the method .form condition and result of it .In the lost part the writer put forward afew suggestions on this kind of teaching concept.and it includes the suggestions on the practive of it and on the forms of it.There is an aspect to be pointed out , due to the limited level of the writer, whatmore, the writer has just entered this field, so there must be some weak points. Welcome valuable opinions.
