With the expanding of China’s opening up fields,the deepening of education reform and the flourishing of Chinese-foreign cooperatively running schools and programs, Chinese-foreign cooperatively running school has emerged as a vital part of school running in the wake of public shools and private schools. However, due to the influence of late starting,self-financing, national policies and the like, Chinese-foreign cooperatively running schools are at a disadvantage in many aspects including school running levels, the social reputation as well as the school performance. In the meanwhile, it will undergo a severe situation incurred by the enlargement of public shools, the sharp decrease of university age students and the fierce competition on students source in the future.if Chinese-foreign cooperatively running schools want to stand out in the competition, they are supposed to continue promoting the feature of school running and improving teaching activities. On the other hand, it also entails strengthening the comprehensive management to improve its performance. All in all, the competition of universities lies in the contending for talents. To gain further development in the competition, these schools must attach great importance to the mechanic of introducing and fostering talents and fully duties-implementing of these various talents, which poses a great challenge and requirement on their management system of human resource, especially their paying systems.The thesis focuses on the optimization of paying system of Chinese-foreign cooperatively running schools and selects Sias International University as a case. Having taken a vast sea of relevant literature and web sources into consideration, the author make an inductive analysis of theories on incentives, job analysis, performance management and paying administration to probe into problems of Sias paying system by questionaire and case study. Based on the comprehending relative theories and principles, the author adopts theoretical and empirical methods to explore the causes of the problems in Sias paying system, which lays a foundation for its optimization.Based on the elaboration of problems of Sias paying system, the unique feature of Sias and relative paying system requirements of the school, the thesis puts forwards the following methods during its optimization process:First,the evaluation of job position value should be used to achieve the internal fairness of paying scheme; Second,it is vital to employ market research on paying to realize its external justice; Next, the confirmation of paying scheme and compensation banding of positions are supposed to reach the fairness for individuals; Also, redesigning benefits mechanism could be utilized to demolish the unsatisfaction of staffs with its defectiveness; Meanwhile, it is important to increase its elasticity by adjusting the paying system dynamically and to set up relative administration organizations so that the healthy operation of the paying system can be ensured. To sum up, the implementation of these specific optimizing methods is expected to fully reflect the fairness principle of paying system design, motivate its employees better and promote the effective combination of fairness and efficiency of Sias staff. The author hopes that the optimization scheme can benefit and inspire the paying system optimization of other Chinese-foreign cooperatively running schools.
