Statistical Analysis Of Education In "three Districts And Three Prefectures" Deeply Impoverished Counties

The harsh natural environment and multi-ethnic population structure of the "Three Regions and Three States" region have led to a high incidence of poverty.By 2019,the "Three Regions and Three States"region contains 40%of China's deep poverty areas,making it a "critical place" for China to enter a moderately prosperous society.The first task to help the "Three Regions and Three States" deep poverty areas win the battle against poverty as soon as possible is to improve their education level in order to fundamentally remove their caps.There is still a big gap between the education level of the "three regions and three states" deep poverty areas and the national average education level,and at the same time,relevant scholars in China have less research on the education of the"three regions and three states" deep poverty counties,and there is no definite conclusion on which areas have large gaps in education.Therefore,the education in the "three regions and three states" is of great research value and practical significance.In this paper,we use the natural information,demographic attributes,economic information,and education information of preschool,primary,and junior high school education stages of 135 deep-poverty counties in"three regions and three states" in 2014,2015,2016,and 2018 as the data base to analyze the education in "three regions and three states".I analyzed the education level of the 135 deep-poverty counties in the"Three Regions and Three States" and compared it with the current situation of education in the whole country to find out the areas where education development is slow and the areas where education is weak in the "Three Regions and Three States",and made suggestions for the future development of education.At the same time,I was commissioned by the university to design and develop an education data management system for the Ministry of Education's Ethnic Education Development Center using ACCESS to store and easily operate relevant ethnic education data,and to complete this thesis based on this data.The research findings and results of this paper are summarized as follows.(1)The per capita disposable income;The number of people in poverty with records;and the poverty reduction rate of the deeply impoverished counties in the "three regions and three states" in 2018 reflect that the battle against poverty in the deeply impoverished counties in the "three regions and three states" has achieved very good results,and the number of people in poverty in most areas has dropped significantly.The number of poor people in most areas has dropped significantly,and many counties have completed the removal of poverty.As of May 17,2020,a total of 720 poor counties in China have been lifted out of poverty,with 21 poor counties remaining in the "Three Regions and Three States" region.Three regions,namely,Sichuan Tibetan Region,Yunnan Tibetan Region and Gansu Tibetan Region,have achieved outstanding results in the battle against poverty,while the results of the Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture are slightly lower than those of other regions.(2)By analyzing the changes and fluctuations in various aspects of education in the "three regions and three states" deep poverty areas from 2014 to 2018,the changes in education development in the preschool education stage were greater than those in the primary education stage and the junior high school education stage in these four years.The number of schools,the number of students,the proportion of ethnic minority students,the number of full-time teachers and the proportion of full-time teachers of ethnic minorities in primary and junior high school education did not fluctuate greatly and remained relatively stable.In terms of school hardware and facilities,they have been improved and are gradually approaching the national average.(3)By comparing various indicators of education with the national average,it can be concluded that the deep poverty areas in the "three regions and three states" are generally lower than the national average in terms of the gross enrollment rate in the first three years of schooling,the consolidation rate of compulsory education,the number of students and teachers,the level of teachers' education,the level of campus informatization,and sports facilities.In addition,the gap between these areas and the national average is larger in the four southern prefectures.(4)As of May 2020,the only remaining 21 deep-poverty counties in the "Three Regions and Three States" region were below the average of 135 deep-poverty counties in terms of economic development and education and teaching in 2018.In terms of economy,most counties are below the average of 135 deep-poverty counties,and only Aketao County exceeds the average of 135 counties in terms of economy;in terms of education,Lushui City and Lanping Bai and Pumi Autonomous County are better than the average of 135 deep-poverty counties in terms of investment in education and the corresponding enrollment rate,and the consolidation rate of compulsory education,while Xide County,Yuexi County and Meigu County are below the average in terms of education.Designing and developing the "education consolidation rate".(5)The "Ethnic Education Data Management System" was designed and developed to meet the user requirements of the Ethnic Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education,to achieve safe and stable storage of data and easy operation of data by users,and to obtain satisfactory feedback from the subsequent users.
