Subsequently, migrant children's living situation has aroused people's anxiety, the educational issue of migrant children has emerged. No one can ignore the survival conditions of migrant children schools .This thesis, basing on an entire view, uncover, describe, explain and construct migrant children schools' survival reason, actuality, problem and development trend. According to the fact, combining corrective educational law, policy and educational administration theory, put forward some constructive strategies and suggestions.
