| Currently,the enrollment of migrant children in China and the configuration of campus hardware facilities have been significantly improved with the promotion of the preferential policies of education.However,for this special group,the particularity of psychological and family life still has some influence on their school life.The main performance is lower school adaptability.Weaker school adaptability will trigger a series of growing problems,for example,peer relationship problems,emotional management problems,behavior habit issues and learning motivation problems,etc.Through the form of growth group empower them to overcome their own behavioral and psychological difficulties,thereby,weakening the negative effects of the inappropriate state and maximizing the school’s adaptation.This paper combines adaptability with social work,firstly,gives a brief description of the research background and content of the project,Secondly,takes the Summer Bridge Primary School “Build a dream by Childlike innocence” migrant children’s school adaptation project as an example,evaluating their plight and demand under the guidance of developing mode,meanwhile,exploring how to better intervene migrant children’s adaptability in the form of project.Finally,evaluates service performance of the project,to refine and summary of practical technology and experience,reflect on its deficiencies and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The paper aims at through the project of the migrant children’s growth group,research social work involved in the migrant children,to provide practical experience and ideas for the social work involved migrant children,to provide the basis for improvement and innovation of school social work service mode. |
