Kindergarten Backbone Of The Growth Of Teachers And Training Research

It is key to bring up a high quality ranks of kindergarten teachers for improving children's education. The key teachers in the kindergarten are the representatives of the excellent teachers. Many other teachers are deeply influenced by them. It is very important how to train those key teachers, for they act on the quality of the group of the teachers.In this thesis I want to study the key teachers and the other excellent teachers in order to find a good way to improve their quality, to increase numbers of the excellent teachers, to study the typical characteristics and the forming stage of those key teachers, to study a common way of becoming a key teacher .Then I can conclude the best and short way in training the key teachers so that I can provide a sound basis in theory for further research in the development of the teachers. I want to find the theory that the independent teachers are also good at the special field of their study.
