Ideological And Political Students In The Teaching Legal Quality Analysis

Legal quality is one of the important components of the ideology and moral quality, which must be possessed by the young students in the 21st century, and is the important basement and central embodiment of students' humanity quality. Students' legal quality education is of great significance to juvenile' s educatability. Therefore, with the analysis of the educating methods and approaches in ideological educating classes to make the students grasp the legal knowledge, we can find a suitable thoughtway and an ideal approach which not only are relevant to current situation in China but also can go with the new course reformation and new criterion. It is very significant to solve the problem for building a socialist democratic society ruled by law and cultivating the qualified citizens to form the strong legal recognition. The nature of Ideological classes in the middle school and the course criterion as well as actual situation of the juvenile' s legal quality has determined the education function of this course—the major goal of the Ideological classes in the middle school must be to improve the students' legal quality. During the course of teaching, to cultivate the students' legal quality, we should begin with the current situation in China' s socialist elementary phase, follow the development rules of students' body and mind. We can' t just preach or give the classes in the way of teaching adults. By applying investigation and demonstration, cases' analysis, analogism, theory expounding and rational pondering, the paper puts forward the purpose and significance of cultivating the students' legal quality. It discusses the goal of cultivating the students' legal quality. It analyses the actual situation of students' legal quality, the causes of the problems and the counteimeasures. It discusses the basic approaches of cultivating the students' legal quality, the relationship between the legal quality education and the individual ultimate value as well as the relation between the enforcement of legal quality education and ruling the country by law, managing the country by moral.
