A Study On The Actual Effect Of Legal Education In Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of Ruling The Country By Law

The education of the rule of law in colleges and universities is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.For the first time,the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party will serve as the theme of the Central Plenary Session of the Eighth Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Party.“Ruling the country by law is the essential requirement and important guarantee for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is an inevitable requirement to realize the modernization of state governance system and governance ability.” Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the party and the state attach great importance to the construction of the rule of law,put forward a series of related requirements and initiatives,and strive to build the rule of law.The new requirements and new goals of governing the country according to law have demonstrated the focus and foothold of continuing to promote the rule of law in the new situation.This also puts forward new demands for the rule of law education.As an important group in social development,college students' rule of law education has always been the focus of the party and the state.Under the new normal development of society,strengthening the rule of law education of college students needs to combine the objective reality of social development,keep up with the pace of the times and inject new demands and goals for the rule of law education.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the effectiveness of the rule of law education in colleges and universities based on the macro background of the rule of law.This paper studies the effectiveness of the rule of law education in the background of the rule of law,and the purpose of its research is to pay attention to the current achievements and problems of the rule of law education of college students on the basis of empirical investigation.By analyzing the factors that affect the effectiveness of the rule of law education,including the education of the rule of law education,education object,educational content,education methods,educational environment,ect.Combining with the relevant empirical investigation to extract the problems in the rule of law education,it aims to find a solution based on the problem.On the whole,the educators have the basic legal teaching ability,the educational object holds the basic concept of the rule of law concept,the teaching content has the basic rule of law teaching content,the teaching method basically can realize the theory practice union,the teaching environment has the basic rule of law education environment.But the effectiveness of the rule of law education in colleges and universities there are still insufficient.First,the legal profession of educators is low,the lack of legal thinking;Second,the legal awareness of educational objects is weak,lack of legal knowledge;Third,the teaching content is set lag,the rule of law obsolete;Fourth,the theory of education is prominent,but the form of teaching is single;Fifth,the legal factors of the environment is missing,the status of rule of law is not high.This paper attempts to put forward the corresponding measures from the five aspects of educators,educational objects,educational contents,educational methods and educational environment in order to improve the timeliness of the rule of law education in colleges and universities in view of the current problems of the rule of law education in colleges and universities and the requirements of the times according to the rule of law.Firstly,enhance the teaching level of educators,strengthen the professional quality of teachers,teachers,teaching methods to enhance teachers' scientific research ability;secondly,enhance the self-awareness of educational objects,actively learn the relevant theoretical knowledge,participate in educational activities;thirdly,enrich the teaching content,we must grasp the thinking of moral cultivation and legal basic course teaching,the establishment of the rule of law education public elective courses can also be included in the form and policy course education and teaching;fourthly,optimize the education,strengthen the campus cultural activities;fifthly,consolidate the educational environment,establish the internal mechanism of the rule of law education,improve the rules and regulations of the rule of law education,improve the strategic planning of the rule of law education,thus to promote the development of the rule of law.
