On the eighteen Fourth Plenary Session of Chinese Communist Party,the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee's decision on a number of important issues in relation to comprehensively implementing governing the country by law passes law-based governance of the country.This gives students a new theoretical anchor on legal educational research,under the current historical conditions of law-based governance of the country,college students as most excellent group in country bear great responsibility,history will get passed among college students who have dreams and knowledge.Only the college students who have a high idea of the rule of law and scientific and cultural qualities could shoulder this heavy burden.After three decades of legal education,we have achieved good results,especially in eighteen Fourth Plenary Session of the rule of law has injected new vitality,however,the rule of law to rational cognition students level still needs time.Students crimes stimulate people's nerves again and again.This highlights the content and format of the current rule of law students education,etc.There have been many problems,such as: the school's emphasis on the full rule of law is still not enough education,targeting comprehensive rule of law is still not very accurate and comprehensive rule of law and the current content the setting is still not reasonable,and the lack of a comprehensive rule of law practice platform,coupled with the uneven level of teachers,etc.This have a direct impact on the overall effect of the rule of law education.In addition,college students studying legal aspects of self-knowledge,especially science and engineering college students do not desire a high degree of legal emotional relatively indifferent,the existing law restricts the teaching methods lag college students improve levels of rule of law.This article focus on the concept of the rule of law by law students' comprehensive perspective on the basis of questionnaires on and see the results of previous studies,conscientiously sum up contemporary college students overall concept of the rule of law rule of law education achievements and the basic status,the existing problems,analyzes the main reasons influence college students ' concept of rule by law comprehensive education,proposed under the new situation of contemporary college students on strengthening and improving the overall concept of the rule of law rule of law method of education,focusing on the university students' comprehensive rule of law rule of law Education basic countermeasures,enhance the rule of law rule of law in the current colleges students view education targeted.
