Research On The Legal Consciousness Education Of Middle School Students Under The Background Of Managing The Country According To Law

Based on the new requirements, the objective of the Chinese middle school students legal awareness education for the reality of the situation found its existing problems, and the gap between the underlying causes, seeking to strengthen and improve the students’ legal consciousness education of effective countermeasures, improve the scientific nature and effectiveness of students’ legal consciousness education becomes particularly important. This thesis consists of three parts:The first part::To clarify the connotation of the rule of law and the new requirements for the education of legal consciousness of middle school students. This part is in after reading a number of related literature, in the full understanding of the rule of law in China presents the background, combined with the characteristics of current students’ legal consciousness education, combined with the comprehensive strategy of governing the country by law based on the students’ legal consciousness education puts forward new requirements. This part of the content is the basis of the study is the foundation of the article. :The second part: The gap between current middle school students’ legal consciousness education and the overall promotion of the rule of law and the reason analysis. This part of the content is in poring over a central literature related to the theory of the rule of law, combined with the students’ legal consciousness education reality and students’ legal consciousness level of and analysis of the students’ legal consciousness education and comprehensive law on the proposed to seek between the difference and reason, which is the emphasis and difficulty.The third part:The Countermeasures of improving the legal consciousness education of the middle school students in order to complete the rule of law. For current students’ legal consciousness education present situation and comprehensive of the rule of law and the reasons for the existence of the gap between requirements and on the basis of inheriting the past successful experience, from the improvement of students’ legal consciousness education, improve the students’ legal consciousness education content, exploring new teaching education teaching methods and promote the formation of parties and social education together several aspects, explore and improve the students’ legal consciousness education ways and methods. To solve the problem is the purpose of the study, therefore, this part of the content is the end result of this article.
