Analysis On The Age Of Retirement And Prospects

With the constant development of economy of our country, society and with the constant improvement of the medical engineering level science and living standard, the population's life expectancy and the health one expend greatly, especially the life expension and the health one of retirment, which cause the constant intensification of the aging population degree, this brings heavy pressure to economic development, social security of our country. But our country's present retirement system was made in the fifties of the 19th century, a lot old people who had ready conditions to continue working were difficult to find the suitable work after retiring. This is not only harmful to physical and mental health of old people, but also challenge for the national problem of how to solve old people. For develop old human resources and change the old people from pure consumer into producer and creator of wealth of society, in this paper I described the necessity, feasibility and principle and meaning of improving retirement age from between aging and our country future economic influence, future workforce resource and society and family person who support parents far-reaching influence and propose the scheme at reform retirement age at the same time. Moreover, I utility the 2000 census data and relevant materials to predict the number of the national population from 2000 to 2050 and carry this data on the quantitative argumentation in this paper. I hope the achievements studied can offer the theoretical foundation for the fact that the country makes relevant systems .
