With the aging of the population,population aging has become a hot topic of social concern,which led to a series of problems,such as human resources development and utilization,delayed retirement,pension insurance,pension funds and other economic and social problems.In order to alleviate the impact of aging,the country has repeatedly changed the population policy in recent years,but the impact of aging on the community can not be solved immediately,not only from the population to solve the aging,but also should pay attention to population quality.We should to ease the pressure on the community brought about by aging.Based on the domestic and foreign scholars research on the aging,this paper analyzes the impact of population aging on human resources in Henan province.First,according to the PDE model to predict the future population of Henan Province,we can see that with the aging of the deepening of the two and the implementation of the policy,the population of Henan Province in 2035 will reach the maximum.At this time,the population structure of Henan Province will also become inverted pyramid,indicating that the population aging in Henan Province more and more serious,but with the gradual implementation of the second child policy,the aging of a certain degree of relief.Secondly,The impact of aging on the number of human resources,the number of human resources mainly from the population,the number of working age population,labor participation rate of three aspects described.When the number of newborns born less than the age of the population into the aging population,then the aging will continue to increase,the age of the working population decreased,these conclusions have been proven in the population forecast.Therefore,in the empirical analysis of population aging,this paper mainly studies the impact of aging on labor participation rate,and finds that aging has a significant effect on reducing labor participation rate.Finally,the paper studies the impact of aging on the quality of human resources.The quality of human resources refers to the physical,intellectual,knowledge and skill level of human resources,and the labor attitude of laborers.Through the study of literature,found that the quality of human resources can often be used health indicators,education,labor attitude indicators to measure.This paperstudies the impact of aging on the quality of human resources from two aspects,One is the impact of aging on the educational situation and physical condition of the laborers,and the second is the impact of aging on human capital.In the analysis of the impact of aging on human capital,the main consideration of the impact of aging on the education situation,based on the analysis of the current situation of education in Henan Province,it is found that the government education expenditure in Henan Province is very small,and the government 's investment in education is not enough to meet the needs of the current society.The impact of population aging on education is verified by the model.It is found that the impact of population aging on education in Henan Province is positive,that is,aging is beneficial to family education expenditure.Overall,Henan Province implemented a comprehensive two-child policy,but aging is still increasing,until after 2035,the proportion of the elderly population was stable at about 20%.At the current level of aging,the impact of aging on the number of human resources is negative and the impact on human resource quality is positive.
