| Since 2007,our country initiated the policy of implementing free education for normal students,which has aroused the attention of the society to this policy and the education groups under the policy.According to the author’s collection and collation of relevant documents,at home and abroad,there are still no free professional students of music majors as the subjects of study,and studies have been conducted to compare the issues affecting their career planning and other issues.Therefore,on the basis of attribution theory,self-determination theory,self-identity theory,expectation theory,and ecosystem development theory,this paper explores the influence and degree of different factors on professional career planning of free professional music education students.Based on the expectation of the free majors of music majors,this article investigates and studies the free education for normal students of freshman music majors in colleges.The purpose of this article is to explore the influence of various factors in the four dimensions of society,school,family,and individual on the professional career planning of free professional education for music majors.Based on the results of relevant research literature both at home and abroad,the author used qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to combine the research methods.Through the questionnaire survey,the students of the Free Education Normal School from the freshman to the senior year of Music School of Huazhong Normal University were sampled and collected.The data of the survey was analyzed by Spss23 statistical software,and the results were obtained.This study is divided into five parts,which are introduction,literature review,research methods,research results and research conclusions.The introduction part includes the research background,research significance,research purpose and research issues.The literature review part includes concept definition,theoretical basis and research status at home and abroad.The research method part introduces the research object,research design,research method and research process.The results of the study were descriptive statistics of the sample data.The impact of personal,family,school,and social factors on the professional career planning of free professional music majors was compared and analyzed.The significant dimension factor is the personal factor.This factor reflects that students’ self-determination and self-identification play a leading role in the career planning of their free normal school students.For this research result,the author will propose better and more scientifically effective methods.Suggestions and strategies,and then positively affect the professional career planning of free professional students of music majors;the conclusions of the study are further summarized and analyzed based on the data obtained in Chapter 4 and effective solutions to the strategic analysis.This chapter takes personal factors to careers.Planning factors Influencing and analysis of effective strategies,mainly analyzing gender issues and solving,how to correctly use students’ interests and individual temperament types,helping professional students of music majors to plan their careers,how to improve their individual personal music teaching abilities and personal music.Skill levels.Finally,the research limitations and prospects of this article,the author has done the next stage of research direction and goal,strive for a more thorough and in-depth study of music professional free professional students,and then for the country to cultivate outstanding music education teachers at the same time,is conducive to music teachers Personal growth and development. |
