| Later curriculum reform has proposed the new challenge for the teacher of junior school, the teacher needs to upgrade the educational idea and set up new teaching way. Whether teachers are familiar with later curriculum reform background, accept later curriculum reform ideas and carry out new ideas of later curriculum reform among teaching or not, will influence the teacher's development directly, influence the effective implementation of later curriculum reform. When later curriculum reform is implemented, teacher's teaching adaptability problem becomes the worried problem to be solved that the teacher of junior high school faces at present. My thesis makes investigations to the teachers of part junior high school in Guangzhou through questionnaire and interview,I understand the situation about how teachers adapt for later curriculum reform and the question that exists in the teaching, propose the measure of promoting teacher's teaching adaptability of junior high school, offer some bases for later curriculum reform and teacher's teaching adaptability.The full text is divided into four parts altogether:First part, Introduction. Include how the teacher's teaching adaptability is put forward, document survey, the meaning of this problem studied, the method and the range of research, the concepts of teaching adaptability are defined.Second part, Investigation and analysis of teacher's teaching adaptability in junior high school. First of all, the basic situations of teachers and students are analyzed, then from the background, later curriculum reform basic ideas and teacher's implementation of these ideas to analyze, draw relevant conclusions.The third part, Promote teacher's teaching adaptability tactics. On the basis of investigating and analyzing, put forward and promote teacher's teaching adaptability tactics, including strengthen a teacher, a schoolmaster to train further, carry on the effective examination system to reform as soon as possible, structure the expansionary teacher's appraise system and devote more efforts to propagating, strive for the family and the society's support.The fourth part, Review and look into the distance. Point out problem and deficiency existing in this research, the prospect and imagination of follow-up study. |
