Nowadays, along with the increasing development of quality and main part education, the inside meaning of education and study has got deeply changes, the traditional education opinion is turning to respect the students part, and pay more attention to the improvement of students' multi-qualified ability.Since the year 1995, through considering a large mount of documents, date, interview and investigation of experts, and understanding the PE teaching at present of our country .The teaching method is under the direction of some teaching method and idea, form the comparatively stable framwork and method of teaching activity in practice, as a important content of educational theary, along with the educational theary, increasing development, the educational workers have summarized and created lots of good teaching methods, and these results played a positively urgent part to the increasingly development of PE teaching work. However, actually speaking, the PE teaching has not broken through the difficulty of trational teaching thinking way. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing and summing up present teaching patterns, taking the new concept of current cultiuation education into account ,the essay puts forward and creats a new teaching menthod -"cable interactive division". In order to prove the teaching results of the "cable interactive division" teaching method, which be offered in this article ,this essay compares the research result with the effects traditional teaching methods, such as the article reference contribution ,the questionare investigation ,the data summarization and so on ,and we have done the teaching experiment in the compulsory class of the volleyball skills teaching class in the PE department of Hebei Normal university, after compared the research results with the effects of traditional teaching method, it turns out that the effects of cable interactive division teaching method is superion to that of the traditional teaching method , which shows that the cable interactive division method is reasonable and effective and can be used in teaching activity.The research conclusion of this article reflects the PE teaching method innovation in educational system innovation of senior high school, conquer the bad phenomena in past teaching process, such as make the teacher on teaching book on shills teaching part as the center of teaching . offers the sample in teaching process and teaching step to the teacher ,it is a high summarization of teaching experience in practice and has important meaning to teaching quality improvement, give direction to research ambition unification of quality education as direct of PE teaching method, breaks through the trachitionally absolute control place of centralize system , and combine the centralize system with grouping system, and then develops a new teaching method called equalization system, it is a teaching method that has a educational thinking of realizing to respect the difference of each one and to have different method to different student, in this way it can inspirit the students to part in and to help each other positively and then to make progress together.
