That fat is popular in global and its dangerous in health make how to defend fat and to reduce weight werefocused. Diet and intervened with sports to defend the fat are basic methods to reduce weight. The glucose and fat, as the main energy material in the body, its situation of participating in metabolizability is up to the diet , intensity of movement, duration. The fat person, because the internal fat was accumulated too much, the metabolizability of the glucose and fat has changed under the quiet state, the ones that rely on the glucose have oxygen to oxidize the energy supply more, the efficiency of oxidizing of the fat is reduced.Exercise can accelerate internal energy consumption of material, the elevation of metabolizability - excessive oxygen cannot be ignored for its function of reducing fat. Whether Fat person and normal weight person excess post-exercise oxygen consumption(EPOC) exist difference between them? Whether mobilization of fat exist difference between them? Have not seen the relevant report at present. Purposes: Compare the difference of fat young men and normal young men's EPOC and fat metabolizability that utilize behind the sport. Offer the theoretical foundation for making the weight-reducing movement prescription scientifically. Methods: 18 Have no train history fat young men and normal young men took part in 60% VO2max load cycling exercise. Measure EPOC, HR, blood pressure, RQ, TC, TG , HDL and serum FFA ,etc. Result: Under the quiet state, Have no difference between fat group's HR and normal group's HR. Fat group's Systolic pressure (p<0.05) and diastolic pressure (P<0.05) higher than the normal group's notably, but has not reached the diagnostic standard; Fat pile up will restrict on the fat person's cardiovascular function. Fat group's VO2max relative value (P <0. 001) lower than normal group's VO2max relative value notably . TC , TG , LDL , serum FFA of the fat group does not have significance difference, but RQ (P <0. 05) obviously higher than the normal group's. Although the content of fat of blood do not exceed the norm standards, there is trend that glucose, metabolize strengthens. After exercise, fat group and normal group's HR, RQ had no difference. But the duration of the fat group's EPOC (P <0. 05) shorter than the normal group's notably, and the consumption of oxygen (P <0. 05) remarkablely less than the normal group's too, the energy consumption is lower than the normal group's notably. Conclusion: The fat is accumulated excessivly in the fat young men's body, it lead to the function of cardiovascular limited, which reduce EPOC, EPOC duration after oxygen sports and the energy consumption . Fat young men's fat metabolizability drop under the quiet state after exercise, which is the cause of the EPOC reduced.
