After watching the match video tapes and looking over the results statistics of short track speed skating of world cup and championship over the years, we found that the endurance level of our skating athletes allows of no optimism. It shows that inadequate endurance has been the obstacle for our speed skating teams to develop toward higher and higher level. This article mainly uses the scientific research methods of literatures, interview investigation, experimentation and mathematical statistics. In view of the fact that our speed skating athletes are lack of physical endurance, we selected 15 athletes of Heilongjiang Municipal Team as "Experiment Group" and 15 athletes of Heilongjiang Provincial Team as "Comparison Group". Using the experience of the physical endurance training of Korean athletes, we gave the athletes of "Experiment Group" 24 weeks physical power training with 6 lessons arranged per week. At the same time we trained the athletes of "Comparison Group" by means of the normal method used by our instructors. During the acting time, there is no game-play training and the total acting time is 60 - 120 minutes for both groups respectively. During acting, the rhythm of the heart is 15 - 165 beats/min. we also gave 6 lessons per weed to "Comparison Group". Whether is Korean physical endurance training method suitable to our Chinese short track speed skating athletes? In accordance this question we carried out proof research. And the proof research result shows that after 24-week physical endurance training by means of Korean physical endurance training, for the athletes of "Experiment Group" all the indexes including body shapes, body quality etc have been improve greatly. Compared with the athletes of "Comparison Group", the improvement range is much more greatly very evidently. And the improvement of the 3 indexes of the fat ration in body, body quality and VO2max are most evident compared with those of the athletes of "Comparison Group". It indicates that Korean physical strength training method has very distinct effectiveness for our Chinese short track speed skating athletes to reduce their fat ratio in body and enhance their leg strength and endurance level. Statistics and examination show that the 5 indexes of fat ratio in body, 500-meter skating, 1500-meter skating, VO2 max and 9-circle chase skating are obviously different from those of the athletes of "Comparison Group". Research result shows that Korean team endurance training method is very suitable to our Chinese short track speed skating teams. This article preliminarily probes the endurance training method which is suitable to our Chinese short track speed skating teams. The aim of this article is to provide certain theoretical basis to the endurance training of our Chinese short track speed skating teams. The research result shows that Korean physical power training method has distinct effectiveness for Heilongjiang athletes to enhance their endurance level. It is very helpful for our Heilongjiang athletes to improve their VO2max and it is of great help for our Heilongjiang skating athletes to strengthen their endurance level for both short track and long distance games.
