Sociology Of Construction And Reorganization Of The Rural Collective Property Rights

The collective property right question of the countryside has been a key problem of perplexing rural development all the time. This question is particularly outstanding in the village of the fringe area. We can say, the collective property right question is the very crux of a great deal of questions in the fringe area. This study also puts it's eye on one of Chinese basic units —Qiantun Village. It traits "Qiantun Reform" which as a special case in the process of the constructing and recombination of collective property right, and attempt to probe into the operation rule of the native society behind this incident.In this research, we choose the way of In-Depth Interview to collect the materials. While in analysis and arrangement of the materials, we adopt the Qualitative Analysis approach to analyze. Our purpose is to collect the course of constructing and recombination of collective property right in Qiantun Village from all angles, thus offer a vivid and full and accurate case for studying in current collective property right of village.The whole article hereinafter four parts:Preface (chapter one) mainly introduces the raise up, the theoretical and practical meaning of the research and the methods used in it.The collective property right question of the countryside has been a key problem of perplexing rural development all the time. This text is an attempt about the study of the collective property right of the countryside, it is under the frame of the property right theory of the contemporary new system economics. We hope this text can make some small contribution on this kind of study.The second chapter indicates the theoretical preparation, literature comments and descriptions.Any scientific research can't do without the guidance of the theory. And at the same time the theory should combine the China's actual conditions to verify, be supplementary and innovate in practice too. This research regards property right theory of the contemporary new system economics as the main theory frame. Besides this, the Theory of Social Action of T.Parsons is used in this text.The relevant research comment of the article is divided into two respects mainly: One is the study of "Village Inside City" in the end of the 20th century". The other is the discussion on of our country since the foundation of the state.The third part is the focus of this thesis. In this part we described the process of the constructing and recombination of rural collective property right about Qiantun Village.The process of the constructing and recombination of rural collective property right about Qiantun Village includes two aspects: First is the definition of the property right border. The main content of this level is to investigate how the collective of the community unites closely to tackled the organizations and individuals outside the collective who demand to share the property right together. Second, investigated how the economic right assigned between collective members inside the community. Further more, we probed into the operation rule of the native society behind this incident.The last part tries to point out the constructing and recombination of rural collective property right is a dynamic balanced course. The reservation and changes of different action role depend on the impact on each economic interests of institutional change mainly, and also other factors. We have also discussed about the social imbedding question of the economic behavior in terms of economic sociology. Finally we pointed out the weak point of the thesis.
